Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Gray Primer is a high-performance, water-based primer designed for a wide range of interior and exterior applications residential, commercial, and industrial. This premium all-purpose primer offers fast drying, excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces, and reliable stain-blocking capabilities. It can be applied under or over any oil- or latex-based architectural paint. Dried film is mold and mildew resistant and inhibits rust.
