Description
SharkBite 1/2″ Barb Insertx3/8″ OD Compression Angle Stop, for controlling water flow to specific fixtures. Made of durable chrome-plated brass, this angle stop is lead-free and features a 1/4 turn oval handle for easy operation. It is compatible with True Value #608-933 Cinch Clamps or copper crimp rings on cross-link polyethylene Pex tubing, allowing for secure connections. After crimping, each fitting can be tested to withstand over 100 PSI. This angle stop meets various industry standards, including NSF 14 & 61 for use in potable water systems, CSA B137.5 standards, and NSF CL-R certification for hot water systems. It complies with AB1953 California & VT S152 Vermont low lead restrictions, ensuring safe and reliable use.
